My Menopause is a small Lincoln practice built around perimenopause and menopause care, and Bridget Brodecky is one of its two certified practitioners. A first visit runs about an hour and ends with a written care plan. Follow up visits are usually half an hour, and the practice requires one every year before it will renew a prescription. Testing is ordered when it is useful, including lab work, an InBody scan or a DEXA scan, and prescriptions go to the patient's own pharmacy. She trained as a registered nurse in 1994 and worked in hospital medicine and infectious disease before moving into menopause care, with earlier time in cardiology, obstetrics and oncology. Visits are either at the Lincoln clinic or by video, and video patients must be inside Nebraska at the time of the appointment.

Amy McCracken runs My Menopause, a small Lincoln practice she opened in September 2024 after nearly two decades as a nurse practitioner in gastroenterology. That background is what sets her apart, and she uses it to sort out the digestive trouble that often turns up alongside perimenopause and menopause. A first visit runs about 60 minutes and ends with a treatment plan, and she may order lab work, a DEXA scan or an InBody body composition scan before settling on treatment. Follow-ups are about 30 minutes, and she says some adjustments can be made without a visit, though a yearly follow-up is required for prescription refills. She sees patients at the Lincoln clinic and by video anywhere in Nebraska, with prescriptions sent to the patient's own pharmacy. A second certified practitioner, Bridget Brodecky, also sees patients at the practice.
