Kristen Loose is the menopause specialist at Dr. Gina Mantor's medical spa and weight clinic in Westerville, where the rest of the practice focuses on aesthetics and weight loss. She treats perimenopause and menopause with standard hormone therapy, and offers non-hormonal prescriptions and lifestyle advice to women who can't or would rather not take hormones. The first consultation is free and happens by video. After that she sees patients in the office on Wednesdays and Saturdays or by appointment. She follows Menopause Society guidance closely and writes on the clinic's site that soy and black cohosh don't hold up for hot flashes.

Dr. Ojo-Carons founded Climax Aesthetic Surgery, a sexual health and cosmetic gynecology practice with offices in Virginia Beach, Columbia in Maryland, and New York. She is a gynecologist who also trained in cosmetic gynecologic surgery, so much of the practice centers on sexual function, urinary leakage and vaginal dryness alongside hormone therapy. Hormone care starts with a symptom review and lab testing, and she prescribes bioidentical hormones, estrogen, progesterone, testosterone and pellets. Pellet therapy is sold as a yearlong membership that covers the insertions and lab work. New patients usually begin with a discovery call, and virtual consultations can be booked online. The practice treats men as well as women and also offers injectables and other aesthetic work.

Mia Elder is a certified nutritionist whose practice works only with women in perimenopause, menopause and postmenopause, including women with premature ovarian insufficiency, surgical menopause, and women who are on hormone therapy or cannot take it. She prescribes nothing and does not manage hormone therapy, so the care here is nutrition counseling alongside whatever a woman's own prescriber is doing. Care runs either as a single ninety minute midlife check-up or as a six session program that opens with a full intake and then meets every few weeks, with message access and research done between sessions. She was diagnosed with premature ovarian insufficiency at 39 after five years of being told nothing was wrong, and she built the practice around what she wishes she had been given. She spent seven years in metabolic health at Dexcom and reads continuous glucose monitor data, and she says plainly that she will not hand anyone a list of forbidden foods. California patients need a physician referral before she can see them.

A solo practice run by a physician board-certified in OB/GYN, maternal-fetal medicine, obesity medicine and lifestyle medicine, caring for women from preconception through menopause with weight, metabolic and midlife hormone management under one clinician rather than split between specialists. Care is hybrid. Most visits are virtual across New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania, and there is a Fanwood office for in-person appointments and body composition scans. After a flat intake visit, patients either pay per visit or join a single membership that bundles all visits, portal messaging with a one to two business-day reply, periodic labs, and screening reminders. Dr. Maggio is unusually open about her own hundred-pound weight loss and frames obesity as a chronic condition rather than a willpower problem.

The practice is pelvic floor physical therapy, and its perimenopause and menopause program pairs hands on pelvic floor work with health coaching on movement, sleep, nutrition and stress. She wrote Heal Pelvic Pain and Beating Endo, has served as president of the International Pelvic Pain Society, and holds a perimenopause and menopause coaching certificate. Nobody at the practice prescribes hormones. The site says it collaborates with your gynecologist for hormone therapy and points patients to outside providers for HRT counseling. Elektra clinicians prescribe FDA-approved hormone therapy and non-hormonal options, and the company says plainly that it does not prescribe compounded or non-FDA-approved medications and does not make money from selling supplements or products. It is also not doing medical weight loss at the moment. Visits are billed to insurance where Elektra is in network, and there is a published cash rate for people who are not. DeLasho has belonged to The Menopause Society since 1994, and she says she moved into telehealth because a routine annual gynecology visit never left enough time to talk about menopause. Ongoing hormone care runs on a monthly membership with quarterly visits, and patients who become clinically stable can step down to a cheaper program with fewer visits. Weight change in midlife is treated as a hormonal problem, so GLP-1 medication is managed alongside hormone therapy rather than in a separate track. New patients can start with a short introductory call that is only a conversation about whether she is a fit, with no diagnosis or prescribing. Her urology background shows in what she treats, including bladder leaks, urgency, waking at night to urinate and repeat UTIs alongside vaginal dryness and painful sex.
