About Nurture for Women

Nurture for Women is a small membership practice in Columbia that Jessica Ballouli founded for women in midlife. She is a nurse practitioner board certified in both women's health and family medicine, and her work centers on peri and menopause symptoms, sexual health, weight and metabolic health, and PCOS. Care begins with a phone intake and lab orders from the practice nurse, then a long first visit with Jessica once those results are back, followed by a six week check and a three month review. She does not do primary care or general gynecology, so patients need to keep their own family doctor and gynecologist. For the weight and metabolic side she uses a Styku body scanner to track body composition over time. New patients are going on a waitlist at the moment, and the practice asks them to email rather than book online.
